<p>I am an Associate Professor of Otorhinolaryngology at Acıbadem University School of Medicine in Istanbul, Turkey. I completed my medical degree and ENT residency at Ankara University and hold a master's degree in Audiology and Speech Disorders. A am a Fellow of the European Board of Otorhinolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery. My clinical interests include laryngology, voice and swallowing disorders, and HPV-related head and neck diseases.</p>

<p>Professor Paweł Golusiński, MD, PhD, Professor of Medical and Health Sciences</p> <p>Professor Paweł Golusiński is a distinguished Polish otolaryngologist and head and neck surgeon, currently directing the Department of Otolaryngology and Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Zielona Góra and leading the ENT teams at both the University Hospital in Zielona Góra and St. Adalbert’s Hospital in Poznan</p> <p>- Education & Academic Titles: He earned his medical degree and PhD from the Poznań Medical University, followed by a habilitation at the Medical University of Silesia in Katowice. In August 2023, he was awarded the title of full Professor of Medical and Health Sciences by the President of Poland .<br>- Specialist Training & Fellowships: Professor Golusiński completed an advanced fellowship in Head and Neck Oncology and Thyroid Surgery at Queen Elizabeth University Hospital in Birmingham. He is also a scholar of the Research Fellowship at VU University Amsterdam.<br>- Clinical and Research Focus: His expertise spans head and neck cancer surgery, thyroid and parathyroid procedures, endoscopic sinus surgery. He conducts internationally collaborative research on HPV-related head and neck cancers, novel biomarkers, and minimally invasive transoral approaches. He serves as Editor and reviewer for multiple high impact journals.<br>- Recognition & Credentials: He holds international certification in coblation and Bizact techniques. Professor Golusiński is a recipient of awards from the Polish Society of Otolaryngologists and the Rector’s Medal from Poznań Medical</p> <p>Professor Golusiński combines surgical excellence, academic leadership, and a global training perspective to advance patient care, education, and research in otolaryngology.</p>

<p>I graduated as a medical doctor from the University Our Lady Of Good Counsel, Tirana, Albania, in July 2023. My journey in the field of medicine has been characterized by a series of experiences and internships, particularly in the Head and Neck specialty, commencing with a two-year tenure at the American Hospital in Tirana.</p> <p>My enriching experiences continued with three weeks spent at Policlinico Tor Vergata, Rome, in May 2022, followed by an equally enlightening period of three weeks at Ospedale Civile, Brescia.</p> <p>I obtained my medical license from Policlinico Tor Vergata, Rome, between October and December 2023. During this period, I completed a two-month internship at the ENT department of Istituto Nazionale Tumori Regina Elena (IFO).</p> <p>I am currently a resident in Head and Neck Surgery in Genoa, where I continue to deepen my clinical expertise.</p> <p>Furthermore, I've actively contributed to the academic sphere by co-authoring abstracts and articles selected for publication and presentation at conferences held in Greece and Rome, reflecting my dedication to continuous learning and sharing insights with the international medical community.</p>
