<p>Dr. Ryan Nord received his MD degree (2011) from Albert Einstein College of Medicine with a distinction in research in Otolaryngology. He completed his training in Otolaryngology—Head and Neck Surgery at University Hospitals at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio (2016). Dr. Nord is board certified in Otolaryngology—Head and Neck Surgery and joined VCU in 2016. He is a Professor and Director of Sleep Surgery.</p> <p>Dr. Nord’s expertise is in the surgical treatment of Obstructive Sleep Apnea, especially as it pertains to Upper Airway Stimulation (UAS) where he is one of the nation’s most experienced surgeons. He has taught and lectured extensively on this subject at the national and international level. His published research focuses hypoglossal nerve stimulation along with a wide array of sleep surgery topics.</p>
<p>Andrea De Vito is currently ENT Unit Director at Morgagni-Pierantoni Hospital. His is an experienced surgeon in head and neck oncologic surgery, middle ear surgery, with special experience in Laser CO2 laryngeal surgery, and Trans Oral Robotic surgery for oncologic and patients affected by Sleep-Disordered Breathing (SDB), collecting more than 9.000 surgical procedures, certified by Logo 80 digital system, HLA of Romagna. His special interest on SDB diagnosis and treatment option, and head and neck oncology are confirmed by more than 90 publications on IF journals. He is currently Chair for the scientific national commission on SDB for Italian Association of OtoRhinoLaryngology &amp; Head and Neck Surgery, EOS.DRS master course teacher and tutor (2010-2023) and EOS.DRS master course co-director 2023-2024. He is an active member of Italian Society of Otorhinolaryngology, Head &amp; Neck Surgery and World Sleep Association.</p>

<p>Dr. Ordival Augusto Rosa is a Brazilian otolaryngologist and sleep medicine specialist with over 20 years of clinical and surgical experience. He graduated in Medicine in 2001 and completed his ENT residency in 2005 at the Federal University of Paraná. <p>Dr. Sandeep Bansal, MS (ENT), FAMS, FIMSA,</p> <p>Professor in the Department of Otolaryngology–Head & Neck Surgery at PGIMER, Chandigarh, India, where he serves as Incharge of the Sleep Laboratory and Additional Medical Superintendent (NHE).</p> <p>His principal areas of interest include Obstructive sleep apnea, Sleep surgery, Rhinology and Skull Base Surgery.</p> <p>Dr Sandeep is the current President of Indian Association of Surgeons for Sleep Apnea (IASSA).</p> <p>He has received advanced training in sleep medicine and sleep surgery at Mayo Clinic, Rochester (USA), Singapore General Hospital, and Technical University Munich, Germany.</p> <p>He works extensively on Optic nerve Fenestration for Idiopathic intracranial hypertension and CVT and traumtic optic neuropathy.</p> <p>Dr. Bansal is member of the International Sleep Surgery Society, and Editor-in-Chief of the Annals of Otolaryngology and Head & Neck Surgery, the official journal of Indian Academy of Otolaryngology and Head Neck Surgery.</p> <p>He is a regular invited faculty member at national and international scientific meetings and has conducted numerous workshops and live surgical demonstrations in sleep surgery.</p> <p>He has authored more than 80 peer-reviewed indexed publications, serves as a reviewer for several international journals, and has received multiple academic awards, including the P. Chatterjee Gold Medal and the SBS Mann Gold Medal.</p>

He is a regularly invited Key Note international speaker at scientific meetings. He has held multiple leadership positions in national ENT societies including the British Society of Facial Plastic Surgery. <p>Dr. Giovanni Cammaroto is an Italian otolaryngologist specializing in sleep-disordered breathing, particularly obstructive sleep apnea (OSA), as well as salivary gland diseases, sialoendoscopy andotology. He serves as a consultant in the ENT Unit at the Morgagni-Pierantoni Hospital in Forlì, part of the Romagna Local Health Authority.</p>
