Clinical focus in comprehensive upper airway evaluation, drug-induced sleep endoscopy (DISE), and multidisciplinary management of obstructive sleep apnea.</p> <p>Founding and active board member of the Ibero-American Sleep Surgery Society (SIBECS), and an active member of the International Sleep Surgery Society (ISSS), the World Sleep Society, and the European Sleep Research Society.</p> <p>Adjunct Professor at the University of the Gulf and the University of Sharjah in the United Arab Emirates, contributing to the academic development of future ENT and sleep medicine specialists.</p> <p>Dr. Schwarts has performed sleep surgery in several countries and has a special interest in promoting high-quality, evidence-based care across cultural and geographic boundaries. She is also committed to raising awareness about functional breathing, early diagnosis in children, and the integration of ENT perspectives in sleep medicine.</p>
