<p>M. Güven Güvenç, European Board certified Professor of Otorhinolaryngology -Head & Neck Surgery was born on 10 th March 2021, in Istanbul. He attended Galatasaray High School which is one of the most famous high schools of Turkey. Afterwards he had his medical education in Istanbul University Istanbul Medical Faculty, and he did his residency in Otorhinolaryngology- Head & Neck Surgery in Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Medical Faculty. His main fields of interest are aesthetic and functional nose surgery, endoscopic sinus surgery, salivary gland surgery, and endoscopic ear surgery. He is fluent in English and French, and his Italian is moderate.</p>

<p>Prof. Dr. Rui Xavier graduated in Medicine from University of Porto in 1989. He concluded his training in Otolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery and became Specialist in 1997. He has a PhD degree in Medical Sciences with a thesis addressing rhinoplasty outcomes.</p> <p>Prof. Dr. Rui Xavier has a special interest in Facial Plastic Surgery and, particularly, in functional and aesthetic rhinoplasty.</p> <p>Prof. Dr. Rui Xavier is frequently invited to lecture in Congresses in Europe, Americaand Asia. He is author of several scientific papers published in medical journals and of several book chapters about rhinoplasty published in Europe and USA. He is also a reviewer for the Aesthetic Plastic Surgery Journal, for the Facial Plastic Surgery Journal and for the Laryngoscope Journal.</p> <p>Prof. Dr. Rui Xavier is member of the European Academy of Facial Plastic Surgery and of the Asian Facial Plastic Surgery Society. He is President of the Facial Plastic Committee of the Portuguese Otolaryngology Society and National Delegate for Portugal of the European Academy of Facial Plastic Surgery.</p>
