<p>Description :How the deal with a dizzy patient in the ER</p> <p>Outcome Objectives :One of the common presentations to the ER are patients complaining of dizziness. It is essential to triage these patients and distinguish the urgent and less urgent cases</p> <p>Background:Dizziness,instability and vertigo account for up to 11 % of ER presentations and up to 37% of these are misdiagnosed. Some have simple benign pathologies and others have more sinister disorders which can progress to serious cerebrovascular problems.
