Dr. Chen-Chi Wu is an attending physician at the Department of Otolaryngology, National Taiwan University Hospital (NTUH) and a professor at the National Taiwan University College of Medicine. He is currently the director of the Cochlear Implantation Program at NTUH and the vice superintendent of NTUH Hsin-Chu Branch.

Dr. Wu received a MD degree (1999), a PhD degree in medicine (2010), and a PhD degree in law (2020) from NTU. He holds both physician and attorney licenses in Taiwan. His clinical interest lies in pediatric otology, cochlear implantation, endoscopic ear surgery, and lateral skull base surgery. His research interest centers on molecular diagnostics and therapeutics of inner ear diseases. His team has been dedicated to the early detection, diagnosis, and management of childhood hearing impairment over the past 20 years.

Dr. Wu has been extensively involved in numerous international scientific societies. He is currently the president of Taiwan Academy of Otology, and is a board member of the Asia Pacific Symposium on Cochlear Implant and Related Sciences (APSCI) and a board member of East Asia Symposium on Otology (EASO). He is also an active member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery (AAO-HNSF), the Association for Research in Otolaryngology (ARO), the American Society of Human Genetics (ASHG), the Barany Society, the International Otopathology Society, and the Politzer Society. Dr. Wu was elected to the prestigious Collegium Oto-Rhino-Laryngologicum Amicitiae Sacrum (CORLAS) in 2022.
