<p>Alberto Grammatica, MD, FEBORL-HNS, graduated in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Bari in 2006 and completed his residency in Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery with honors at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia in 2011. He is currently a Consultant Head and Neck Surgeon in the Department of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery at ASST Spedali Civili, University of Brescia, Italy. His clinical and research interests focus on head and neck oncology, oral cavity cancer, microvascular reconstructive surgery, and advanced surgical techniques. He completed international training fellowships at the University of São Paulo (Brazil) and the University of Toronto (Canada). He is a Fellow of the European Board of Otorhinolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery (FEBORL-HNS), serves as reviewer for several international peer-reviewed journals, and has authored more than 80 scientific publications in indexed international journals. He is also actively involved in teaching and tutoring advanced courses in microsurgery and head and neck surgical anatomy.</p>

<p>Nicolas Fakhry is a Professor of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery in Marseille, France. He is a referring surgeon for Head and Neck Surgery, Oncology and salivary glands tumors. As a clinician scientist, Nicolas Fakhry has more than 250 peer-reviewed publications and book chapters. He serves on many research committees and is a reviewer for multiple scientific journals. Nicolas Fakhry is a founding member and past president of the Young-IFOS and now member of the executive committee of IFOS. He is the President of the French Society of Head and Neck Cancer (SFCCF).</p>
