<p>Elvir Zvrko works as an otorinolaryngologist and facial plastic surgeon at the Clinical Center of Montenegro. He was the director of the Clinic of ORL from 2018 until 2021. He is a professor at the Faculty of Medicine in Podgorica. He is a member of the Committee for Medical Research of the Montenegrin Academy of Sciences and Arts. He is the president of the Association of Otorhinolaryngologists of Montenegro since 2018. He was a member of the Ethics Committee of Montenegro. He was the president of the Center of Youth Scientists of the Montenegrin Academy of Sciences and Arts. He was the vice president of the Council for the Scientific Research of the Ministry of Science. The main research interests are: Head and Neck Oncology, Facial Plastic Surgery, Quality of Healthcare, Medical Education.</p>
<p>Nicolas Fakhry is a Professor of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery in Marseille, France. He is a referring surgeon for Head and Neck Surgery, Oncology and salivary glands tumors. As a clinician scientist, Nicolas Fakhry has more than 250 peer-reviewed publications and book chapters. He serves on many research committees and is a reviewer for multiple scientific journals. Nicolas Fakhry is a founding member and past president of the Young-IFOS and now member of the executive committee of IFOS. He is the President of the French Society of Head and Neck Cancer (SFCCF).</p>
