<p>This study investigates the aesthetic impact of septoplasty using barbed sutures on the cartilaginous dorsum. The technique may enhance dorsal alignment and contour without additional grafting procedures. The research aims to evaluate postoperative dorsal shape, nasal symmetry, and patient satisfaction following functional septoplasty.</p>

<p>Dr. Hyo Yeol Kim is Professor of Sungkyunkwan University School of Medicine, and Dean of Dpt. Otorhinolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, Samsung Medical Center. He is a former President of Korean Academy of Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery. He specialized in Facial plastic surgery and Rhinology. He has published more than 100 peer reviewed articles in international journals and still focusing on the rhinoplaty and sleep.</p>
