Spreader Grafts and Flaps, My Own Technique and Review

<p>This study presents a personal modification of spreader graft and flap techniques used to restore dorsal aesthetic lines and improve internal nasal valve function. The approach emphasizes precision in graft placement and flap utilization to achieve both structural support and aesthetic refinement. Outcomes are reviewed in comparison with conventional methods to highlight advantages, limitations, and long-term stability.</p>

<p>Dr. Burak Erdur is a board-certified otorhinolaryngologist with a subspecialty focus on rhinoplasty. He graduated from Cerrahpaşa Medical Faculty in 2014. Subsequently, he completed his residency training in the Department of Otorhinolaryngology at Cerrahpaşa Medical Faculty in 2019.</p> <p>During his residency, he undertook an observership at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in the United States and obtained his specialist certification in 2019.</p> <p>In 2022, he successfully passed both the written and oral components of the European Board of Otorhinolaryngology examination held in Vienna and was awarded the title of Fellow of the European Board of Otorhinolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery (FEBORL-HNS). In the same year, he was also granted the Turkish Board certification in Otorhinolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery.</p>
