Balancing The Bony Sidewalls: New Technique to Manage The Bony Vault Deviation

<p>This study introduces a novel surgical technique for correcting bony vault deviation in rhinoplasty. The method focuses on achieving symmetrical dorsal contour and stable alignment through controlled osteotomies and sidewall repositioning. Outcomes are assessed based on dorsal aesthetic balance, airway function, and postoperative patient satisfaction.</p>

Dr. Uz works as an Associate Professor at Manisa Celal Bayar University, Faculty of Medicine, Department of Otorhinolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery. Dr. Uz specializes in rhinology and facial plastic surgery.</p>
