This study presents a personal modification of spreader graft and flap techniques used to restore dorsal aesthetic lines and improve internal nasal valve function. The approach emphasizes precision in graft placement and flap utilization to achieve both structural support and aesthetic refinement. Outcomes are reviewed in comparison with conventional methods to highlight advantages, limitations, and long-term stability.
This study introduces the concept of the “muscular nose,” characterized by excessive soft-tissue and muscular activity influencing nasal shape and movement. It explores how dynamic muscular forces affect rhinoplasty outcomes and the importance of identifying such features preoperatively.
