Dr Paresh P. Naik is an ENT surgeon specialising in adult and paediatric rhinology and endoscopic skull-base surgery. He underwent advanced fellowship training in rhinology, skull-base surgery, and head and neck surgery in the United Kingdom and Italy, followed by a Diploma in Skull Base Surgery in Paris.

He serves as a Paediatric Skull Base Lead in Mumbai and has extensive experience in complex adult and paediatric rhinology and skull-base procedures. His clinical interests include endoscopic CSF leak repair, sinonasal and skull-base tumours, pituitary surgery, frontal sinus surgery, and paediatric skull-base pathology.

Dr Naik is a Board Member of the International Committee of the European Rhinologic Society. He was a member of the Rhinology Scientific Committee for CEORL-HNS 2026 and serves on the Scientific Committee for EndoGoa 2028. He is also a reviewer for several international peer-reviewed journals.

Deeply committed to surgical education, mentorship, and fellowship training, he founded the Mumbai Sinus & Skull Base Academy and the Rhino–Skull Base Masterclass to make advanced surgical education more accessible to young ENT surgeons.

Prof. Marco Caversaccio works at the Department of ENT, Head and Neck Surgery at the University Hospital in Bern (Switzerland) since 2009. Since 17 years he is additionally actively involved at the ARTORG Research Center for Biomedical Engineering Research of the University of Bern. Dr. Caversaccio is a wellknown technology expert for the development and implementation of novel surgical techniques and systems in the area of Otology, Rhinology and Skull Base. He has conducted First in Man studies like the Robotic Cochlea implantation. He is member of the Swiss, German, French societies for ENT, of the American Academy of ORL and of the Collegium ORL Amicitiae Sacrum.

Born on August 31, 1966. Graduated from Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine in 1989. He was trained otolaryngology specialization between 1989-1993 in Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine Department of Otolaryngology. He has worked in Ankara Başkent University Faculty of Medicine Department of Otolaryngology as Assistant Professor between 1995-1999. In He was granted the title of Associate Professor in November 2000 and was granted the title of Professor of Otolaryngology in March 2017.

His special fields of interest are; Aesthetic and functional nasal surgery, aesthetic surgery of the face, endoscopic sinus surgery, sinus surgeries performed with balloon (balloon sinuplasty), computer assisted sinus surgery – surgical navigation, treatment of snoring and sleep apnea and reconstructive surgery of head and neck (repairing tissue and function losses).

Prof. Dr. Teoman Dal has many presentations in national and international congresses and published book chapters and numerous scientific papers published in national and international journals
