Professor Farid Alzhrani is Professor of Otorhinolaryngology at King Saud University and Consultant Otologist and Neurotologist at King Saud University Medical City, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. His clinical and academic work is focused on otology, neurotology, hearing implantation, and lateral skull base surgery. He has longstanding experience in academic medicine, clinical research, and healthcare leadership.

I was born in the centre of Sardinia, Italy. I graduated in Medicine & Surgery at the University of Cagliari medical school and did my Residency at the University of Parma directed by Prof. Carlo Zini. I did a Clinical Fellowship at the Gruppo Otologico directed by Prof. Mario Sanna in Piacenza and a Reasearch Fellowship at the House Ear Institute in Los Angeles. I’m Head of the ENT Department of the Rovereto Hospital in Rovereto (TN) Italy in the Trentino Province, Third Level Refence Center for otology in the area.

Dr. Emel Tahir has been working as an associate professor in Ondokuz Mayıs University Department of Otolaryngology, Samsun Turkey since March 2019.

She received his MD from Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine, Ankara, Turkey. He finished ENT residency at Hacettepe University Department of Otolaryngology, in 2015. For her fellowship work she worked on inner ear malformations.

 She was engaged in Otology/Neurotology and Head&Neck Surgery certificate programs of Turkish Board of ORL-HNS. She is also a fellow of European Board of Otolatyngology-Hed and Neck Surgey. She is focused on otology/neurotology and laryngology.

Prof. Dr. Enis Alpin Guneri was graduated from Ege University and completed his residency, as well as MSc degree in Audiology in Dokuz Eylul University, Izmir, Turkiye. Prof. Guneri is experienced in otology and neurootology, cohlear implants and implantable hearing devices, skull base surgery and laryngology and phoniatrics. He is the Chairman of the Otolaryngology & Head and Neck Surgery Department and head of the Otology and Neurootology, Cochlear implant and Vestibular medicine programs, as well as the Voice laboratory unit of Dokuz Eylul University Medical Faculty,

Prof. Guneri is the former president of Turkish Board of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery. He is a board member of the Turkish Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery Foundation. Prof. Guneri is the founder president of Aegean ENT Physicians Association, founder member and executive board member of the Vertigo Academy International. He is the past president and an executive board member of Mediterranean Society of Otology and Audiology. He is a former board member of Turkish Society of Otology Neurootology. Prof Guneri is a board member of ASPCI and the President elect of APSCI 2029. He is a member of International Working Group of Endoscopic Ear Surgery, and also an active member of many other professional medical organisations including Turkish Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery Society, Turkish Society of Otology Neurootology, European Academy of Otology and Neurootology, Politzer Society. He is an associate editor in Frontiers in Neurology and an editorial consultant in Intenational Advanced Otology, as well as a reviewer for many other scientific journals. His major interests are cochlear implants, endoscopic ear surgery, diagnosis and treatment of vestibular disorders (especially BPPV and Ménière's disease), skull base surgery and phonosurgery.
