Michelle Wyatt is Consultant Paediatric ENT surgeon at Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children and an Honorary Associate Professor at the Institute of Child Health, University of London.  

Her practice is purely paediatric, and her main interest is in the management of complex airway pathology. She is the ENT surgeon to the GOSH National Craniofacial Service.

Michelle is the past President of both the British Association of Paediatric Otolaryngology and of the Section of Rhinology and Laryngology at the Royal Society of Medicine. She is a member of the Standing Scientific Committee of the European Society of Paediatric Otolaryngology and she has previously been the inaugural paediatric representative for the British Laryngological Association working closely with adult colleagues to deliver laryngeal reinnervation to the paediatric population in the UK.

She has published over 70 peer-reviewed papers, mainly reflecting her interests in laryngology and management of patients with craniofacial abnormalities. She has been part of the faculty for the British Paediatric Otolaryngology Course for 20 years and is a director of the GOSH Advanced Airway course. Equality and Diversity in surgery have been a particular focus during her career and she works with a variety of mentorship programmes to promote surgery as accessible to all.  

Tawakir Kamani is a paediatric ENT surgeon at University Hospitals of Derby and Burton. They completed specialist fellowships at Birmingham Children’s Hospital and the Royal Children’s Hospital, Melbourne, before holding consultant posts at Sheffield Children’s Hospital and Nottingham University Hospital.

Their clinical practice focuses on paediatric obstructive sleep apnoea (OSA), hearing loss, and airway pathology. Alongside clinical work, they have a strong interest in medical education and clinician wellbeing.

Tawakir Kamani currently serves as Regional Director for the East Midlands at the Royal College of Surgeons of England, where they contribute to training, professional development, and support for surgeons across the region.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ozan Gökler, MD, FEBORL-HNS, is the leading senior consultant in Otolaryngology at Elbe Klinikum Stade, Germany, senior consultant at University Medical Center Hamburg-Eppendorf, Hamburg, Germany, and visiting faculty at Koç University School of Medicine, Istanbul, Türkiye. His main clinical and academic interests include pediatric airway surgery, laryngotracheal stenosis, and complex pediatric ENT disorders. He is also General Secretary of the German-Turkish ENT Society and a member of the European ENT Board Examination Pediatric Working Group. He is actively involved in international teaching, research, and professional education in otolaryngology.

Vikash K. Modi, MD, is an Vice Chairman of the Department of Otolaryngology- Head & Neck Surgery and the Chief of Pediatric Otolaryngology - Head & Neck Surgery at New York Presbyterian Hospital- Weill Cornell Medical Center. After receiving his medical degree from the Rutgers Medical School, Dr. Modi completed his residency in Otolaryngology at the University of Southern California - Keck School of Medicine. Following residency, Dr. Modi completed a Pediatric Otolaryngology fellowship at Northwestern University - Children's Memorial Hospital.  He is board certified in Otolaryngology and Complex Pediatric Otolaryngology.

He founded the Cornell Aerodigestive Center and has expertise in endoscopic airway surgery. He has one of the largest series of endoscopic posterior cricoid split with rib grafting which he presented at ESPO and ASPO. He also has presented his work on endoscopic repair of laryngeal clefts at ASPO, ESPO, Triological meeting, and CEORL. He has been inducted as a Fellow, as one of the youngest members, into the prestigious Triological Society for his thesis paper on endoscopic airway balloon dilation. He currently serves as a Section Editor-Video Editor of The Laryngoscope and is known for his surgical endoscopic airway videos.

He has published over 50 articles, book chapters, and online publications as well as given over one hundred presentations on an international, national, and regional level focusing on the pediatric airway.
