<p>Paediatric sialorrhea is associated with multiple neurodevelopmental conditions and disabilities, resulting in significant medical, social, emotional and practical consequences. Management of drooling is complex and nuanced. There are various medical, dental, speech pathology and surgical options available. What would be the most appropriate treatment combination for a particular child? Weighing up the risks and benefits of various treatment options as a multidisciplinary team will be discussed.</p>
