<p>Reconstruction of the oral cavity defects is challenging because of complex anatomy and function of this region. Reconstruction of these defects with pedicled and local flaps can be presented with cases and outcomes.</p>
<p>This session will give insight and management options to the audience to better rehabilitate head and neck cancer patients.</p>
