<p>Dr. Alperen Vural is a professor in the Department of Otorhinolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery at Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Medical Faculty. With specialized expertise in head and neck surgery and endoscopic skull base surgery, he contributes to both clinical practice and academic research.</p> <p>Dr. Vural serves as an editor for several scientific journals, including the Journal of Clinical Practice and Research and the Balkan Medical Journal, and is actively involved in peer review for numerous international publications. He has presented extensively at global conferences and has particapated as a faculty in various instructional courses on skull base surgery.</p> <p>Currently, Dr. Vural is the Secretary General of the Turkish Skull Base Society. He also serves as the Co-Chair of Young–IFOS/IFOS Istanbul Congress.</p>
