Molded Diced Cartilage Grafting For Dorsal Augmentation: Early Experience with Jang's Mold

This study reports early clinical outcomes of dorsal augmentation using molded diced cartilage prepared with Jang’s mold technique. The method aims to achieve smooth dorsal contouring, improved graft stability, and reduced warping compared with conventional diced cartilage grafts. Results are evaluated in terms of aesthetic satisfaction, structural integrity, and postoperative complications.
