This study reports early clinical outcomes of dorsal augmentation using molded diced cartilage prepared with jang’s mold technique. The method aims to achieve smooth dorsal contouring, improved graft stability, and reduced warping compared with conventional diced cartilage grafts. Results are evaluated in terms of aesthetic satisfaction, structural integrity, and postoperative complications.
Prof. Dr. Köksal Yuca graduated from Uludağ University Faculty of Medicine in 1994. He received the title of Associate Professor in 2006 and Professor in 2011. He works in his own clinic called RinoSinusCenter in Istanbul. He was certified by the European Board for examination and certification in facial Plastic and reconstructive Surgery in 2025.
