Lip asymmetry is commonly seen mostly due to iatrogenic etiology or due to congenital unilateral lower lip palsy (CULLP) which is also a very common clinical presentation (1/180). I personally have lots of experience in this patient group. I would like to tell about my patient management and surgical technique and results.

Periocular synkinesis is one of the most common and bothersome types of facial synkinesis. Treatment of periocular synkinesis can be challenging with frequent persistence or recurrence of symptoms after treatment.
