<p>Dr. Gabriela Robaskewicz Pascoto is an otorhinolaryngologist with a Master’s degree in Surgical Sciences and extensive expertise in salivary gland disorders. With more than 12 years of experience in sialendoscopy and minimally invasive salivary gland surgery, she has played a pioneering role in advancing sialendoscopy in Latin America, including performing the first sialendoscopy in Panama.</p> <p>She is a frequent invited speaker at national and international congresses and an active member of the International Sialendoscopy Society (iSial) and the Multidisciplinary Salivary Gland Society (MSGS).</p>

<p>Dr Higino Steck, is a Professor of Head and Neck Surgery at the Faculty of Medical Sciences, University of Campinas (UNICAMP), Brazil, and Coordinator of the Thyroid Nodule and Salivary Gland Clinic at the Institute of Otolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery (IOU-UNICAMP).</p> <p>With more than 30 years of clinical experience, Dr. Steck is one of the pioneers of sialendoscopy in Brazil and Latin America, with over 15 years of experience in the diagnosis and minimally invasive management of salivary gland disorders. He has played an important role in introducing and disseminating advanced salivary gland endoscopy techniques through clinical practice, research, and hands-on training courses.</p> <p>He is also internationally recognized for his work in interventional thyroidology, including ultrasound-guided thermal ablation and fluorescence-guided parathyroid preservation. Dr. Steck is a frequent invited speaker and faculty member at major international scientific meetings and educational courses in head and neck surgery, salivary gland surgery, and interventional ultrasound.</p>

Chang, MD, is a Professor of Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery and Chief of the Division of Sleep Surgery and General Otolaryngology and Director of Resident Research at the University of California, San Francisco. Dr. Chang specializes in sleep apnea surgery and minimally invasive approaches for salivary gland surgery including sialendoscopy. She also has clinical expertise in ultrasonography for head and neck disorders.</p> <p>Dr. Chang performs research in health care decision making and surgical outcomes for sleep apnea therapies. She is an associate editor for the sleep section of the Laryngoscope journal. She was co-editor for the 2023 International Consensus Statement for Obstructive Sleep Apnea. She has also published research on surgical techniques and outcomes for minimally invasive sialendoscopy to treat sialolithiasis and duct stenosis.</p>
