He was born on September 14, 1985, in Kartal, Istanbul. He is married and has three children.
He graduated from Istanbul Faculty of Medicine in 2009. Between 2009 and 2014, he completed his residency at Bakırköy Dr. Sadi Konuk Training and Research Hospital. Between 2014 and 2017, he completed his compulsory service at Tokat Erbaa State Hospital. Subsequently, between 2017 and 2020, he worked as an assistant professor and then as an associate professor in the Department of Otorhinolaryngology at Tokat Gaziosmanpaşa University. Between 2020 and 2025, he worked as an associate professor at Sancaktepe Training and Research Hospital of the University of Health Sciences. He is currently working as a professor at the Faculty of Health Sciences at Kent University.
Since 2020, he has been serving as a reviewer for the Praxis of Otorhinolaryngology journal. He is a member of the Turkish Medical Association.
He has authored more than twenty book chapters, both domestically and internationally. He has authored more than thirty foreign publications and more than thirty research articles in Turkish. He has delivered more than twenty presentations both domestically and internationally. Laryngoscope, European Archive of Otorhinolaryngology, Auris-Nasus-Larynx, International Journal of Pediatric Otorhinolaryngology, Journal of Craniofacial Surgery and many similar articles published in numerous domestic and international journals. In the field of otology and neurotology, he has more than ten research articles, both domestic and international.
He has served as an observer at the Mass Eye and Ear at Harvard Medical School. He has also served as an observer in the Department of Otorhinolaryngology at the University of Brescia. At the University of Groningen Medical Faculty in the Netherlands, there are cadaver studies on free tissue transfer. In 2012, he received a certificate for a five-day course in experimental animal practice. In 2013, I attended a nine-day microsurgery course at the Faculty of Medicine of Dokuz Eylül University and received a certificate.
Current positions of Prof Milan Stankovic are: Full time Professor of Otolaryngology, Head of Otolaryngology at Medical Faculty University of Nis Serbia, Instuctor of European Academy of Otology and Otoneurology, Ambassador to American Academy of Otolaryngology, Visiting Professor at Ahepa University Hospital Thessaloniki, Greece, International Elector at University in Athens, Thessaloniki, Larisa, Iraklion (Greece), Honorary Member of Italian Rhinologic Society, Honorary Member of ENT Society of Northern Greece, Contributor to Encyclopedia of ORL ( Springer, New York), Editor in World Articles of Otolaryngology, Member of Editorial Board for International Advanced Otology, Balkan Jounal of Medicine, Journal of Hearing Science, etc.
He was: President of Balkan Society of Otolaryngology, Board Member of Balkan ORL Society, Vice President of Serbian ORL Society, and Regional Secretary of European Academy of Otology and Otoneurology.
He published chapters in Books (Encyclopedia of ORL, Atlas of Operative Otolaryngology, Handbook of Pharyngeal Diseases), and papers in: Am J Otolaryngol, Eur Arch ORL, Otol Neurotol, ORL Karger, Acta Byophys Biochem, Pro Otology, International Advanced Otology, etc.
During international Congresses he was frequently Chairperson and Round table speaker at many Congresses, also Invited speaker at International Congresses , and as Instructor of European Academy of Otology.
Postgraduate education of Prof Stankovic included: ENT Clinics in Geneva, Zurich, Basel (1989 to 1990), Cornel University Saltzburg ENT Seminar (1997), ENT Clinic University Hospital Vienna (2000), ENT Clinics in Tokio and Osaka, Japan (2004), ENT Clinic Charite Berlin, Germany (2006).

Prof. Dr. Tallat Najeeb is a distinguished ENT specialist and Head and Neck surgeon. A graduate of Fatima Jinnah Medical College Lahore, she completed her post-graduation in 2000 and holds qualifications including MBBS, FCPS, and MCPS.
With over 25 years of teaching and clinical experience, Dr. Najeeb has worked at esteemed institutions such as PIMS, Holy Family Hospital Rawalpindi, PAF Hospital Sargodha, POF hospital Wah Cantt, Social security hospital Islamabad and Islamabad Medical and Dental College. She has established ENT departments in various medical colleges and hospitals, and currently serves as Professor and Head of the ENT department at Fazaia Medical College Islamabad and PAF Hospital Islamabad.
Her academic legacy is marked by students who have specialized in various fields, both locally and internationally. Her surgical expertise is complemented by a an extensive research portfolio, consisting of over 30 publications and participation in more than 100 national and international workshops and conferences.
Her areas of specialization include FESS, rhinoplasty, and ear surgeries, with a particular interest in otology. Notably, Dr. Tallat Najeeb is Pakistan's first female cochlear implant surgeon and has successfully led the Pakistan Air Force PSN cochlear implant program since 2022.

I graduated Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine in Ankara in 1996, I finished my ear nose and throat residency program in Ankara University Faculty of Medicine Ear Nose and Throat Department in Ankara in 2001, I worked in Haydarpaşa Numune Research and Training Hospital, Fatih Sultan Mehmet and Training Hospital, Okan Univesity Faculty of Medicine Ear Nose and Throat Department, Yeditepe University Faculty of Medicine Ear Nose and Throat Department as faculty in İstanbul between 2008-2021. I became Assoc. Prof. in 2012 and Prof. in 2017. I’m working in Acıbadem Hospital Groups Ear Nose and Throat Clinic since 2021. I’m European Board Fellow of Otorhinolaryngology since 2014. I have PhD degree in audiology and speech pathology field since 2020.
I have postgradute education in abroad, Johns Hopkins University Faculty of Medicine Otorhinolaryngology HNS Department in USA between 2004-2005, House Ear Institute in USA in 2009, Stanford University Faculty of Medicine Otorhinolaryngology HNS Department ‘‘Visiting Proffessorship Program’’ in USA in 2019. I also have been in İtaly in Ferrara University Otorhinolaryngology and HNS Department as visiting physcian in 2002, I attended couple of surgical courses and temporal bone dissection courses in Italy, France and United Kingdom. I have many internatioal and national publications.
