When it comes to rhinoplasty, nose reduction usually comes to mind, however, in recent years, patients with over reduced noses have been applying to us. A nose that is small compared to the patient's face looks worse than slightly large noses. Therefore, shrinked or innate small noses need to be extended to a size that is compatible with the face. We perform a significant number of nose lengthening and enlargement surgeries in our clinic. In nose enlargement surgeries, the skeleton needs to be extended, the mucosa and skin need to sufficiently cover the nose internally and externally. Nose lengthening usually involves more problems than reduction surgeries. With this video presentation, we want to share our methods for nose enlargement and overcoming the problems that arise with professionals.
Today, nose enlargement surgeries are needed more than in the past. Nose reduction surgeries have been performed for many years and their methods have been discussed in detail. However, the problems and difficulties encountered in nose enlargement surgeries have been less discussed and less known. As someone who performs nose enlargement surgeries very frequently, i would like to share my experiences on this subject with the participants through video presentations.
