Dr. Tural Fatullayev was born in Azerbaijan in 1986. He graduated with honors from medical school in 2009. In 2010, he ranked first among all international candidates in the Turkish Medical Equivalency Examination for foreign physicians. In 2013, after achieving a high score in the Turkish Medical Specialty Examination (TUS), he began his residency in the Department of Otorhinolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery at Ankara University Faculty of Medicine.
During his residency, he gained extensive experience in advanced otorhinolaryngologic and head and neck surgical procedures. His residency thesis on endoscopic sinus surgery provided a strong foundation for his subsequent work with intranasal flap techniques, which he now frequently utilizes in revision rhinoplasty.
Believing that excellence in surgery requires dedication to a focused field, Dr. Fatullayev has devoted his professional career exclusively to nasal surgery. He has completed numerous advanced rhinoplasty training programs and cadaver dissection courses to further refine his anatomical knowledge and surgical techniques.

Dr. Fatullayev currently practices exclusively nasal surgery at his private clinic in Ankara, Türkiye. His clinical practice focuses on primary and revision rhinoplasty, functional nasal surgery, septal perforation repair, and complex nasal reconstruction.
