Fikret Kasapoglu, MD is a Professor in the Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery Department at Bursa Uludag University, Medical Faculty, Bursa, Turkey. He graduated from the School of Medicine, Bursa Uludag University, in 1998. He entered the Otorhinolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery Residency Program at Bursa Uludag University, Medical Faculty, Bursa, becoming a Specialist in ORL & HNS in 2003. He also currently works in the same department, on surgeries, research and educational purposes. He did his military servise as an ORL & HNS specialist between 2004-2005 for 1 year period, at the Ankara Mevkii Soldier Hospital, Ankara. He visited Massacchussetts Eye and Ear Infirmary, in 2009 as an observer, at the Thyroid and Parathyroid Surgery Department for 3 months. He was appointed as an Associate Professor in 2011 and as a professor in 2019. He has many articles and chapters in various national and international Journals and books.

I have been practicing as an otolaryngologist for 30 years working in Adana, Türkiye. My main filds of interest are rhinoplasty, rhinology, pediatric otolaryngology and head and neck surgery.

Prof Jang is a world-renowned expert in Asian rhinoplasty. His clinical interests are also on the treatment of empty nose syndrome and HHT. He published over 160 SCI papers as corresponding or first author. He received multiple awards from the US, Europe, Asia, and Korea.

Mr Mark Ferguson is a highly skilled and experienced Rhinologist, Facial Plastic and Anterior Skull Base Surgeon. He is the head of the ENT department at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust. He is co-founder of the Imperial Facial Reconstruction Unit, as well as the “get it right first time” (GIRFT) lead for ENT in North West London. He is a member of the pan-London clinical leadership group (CLG) for ENT and an expert witness to the National Institute of Clinical Excellence (NICE). Additionally to these responsibilities he serves on the membership committee for the European Academy of Facial Plastic Surgery (EAFPS) and he is an invited international speaker in the area of Facial Plastic surgery.

He graduated from Imperial College and completed his Specialist ENT training in London. After completing his training he won the prestigious Royal College of Surgeons post-CCT fellowship in Rhinology at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust.

Mr Ferguson completed his PhD in Molecular Oncology at Barts Cancer Institute and continues to play an active role both in translational and clinical research. He has published more than 30 peer reviewed publications, 3 book chapters and given more than 40 international or national presentations. He has won numerous prizes for his work.

Mr Ferguson has a specialist interest in Rhinology, sinus surgery (including balloon sinuplasty) and both functional and cosmetic rhinoplasty.
