<p>Laser surgery could be applied for the treatment of early larynx carcinoma with less morbidity compared to open approach.</p>

<p>Treatment of early laringeal carcinoma could be either surgery or radiation therapy. Laser surgery with less morbidity presents a new and better option for the patients.</p>
