Born in 1977 in Tuzla, Bosnia and Herzegovina. Medical school finished in University Tuzla, B&H. ENT residency worked in University Clinical Centre Tuzla - B&H, Clinical Centre Zagreb - Croatia, KH Hitzeg Wienna- Austria. Currently Head of ENT Department in ASA General Hospital Sarajevo-B&H.

Dr. Ramón Moreno Luna is an ENT specialist with expertise in Rhinology and Anterior Skull Base Surgery. He serves as Professor at Loyola University and Co-Director of the Master’s Degree in Advanced Rhinology and Anterior Skull Base Surgery. He is also a member of the Advisory Board of the European Rhinologic Society (ERS) and President-Elect of the 2027 European Rhinology Congress in Seville.
