Prof. Dr. Ceren Günel is a former Professor in the Department of Otorhinolaryngology at Adnan Menderes University Faculty of Medicine and currently practices in her private clinic. Her main area of interest is rhinology, with particular expertise in endoscopic sinus surgery, skull base surgery, orbital decompression, and rhinoplasty. Throughout her academic career, she has been actively involved in educational and administrative responsibilities and continues to contribute to these fields.

After obtaining his Medical Degree from Trakya University in Türkiye, he completed his residency in Otorhinolaryngology in Sisli Hamidiye Etfal Training and Research Hospital. Following the completion of the training he served as a Consultant in Erzurum as part of his compulsory service. During this time he completed MSc in Surgical Science and Practice at University of Oxford. His dissertation was about transfer of surgical innovations to resource limited settings. He is currently working as a specialist surgeon in Sisli Hamidiye Etfal Training and Research Hospital. His areas of interest are Head and Neck Surgery, Surgical Innovations and Technology and Global Surgery.

Asst. Prof. Dr. Sevinç Hepkarşı, MD, is a dedicated Otorhinolaryngologist at Izmir Democracy University Buca Seyfi Demirsoy Training and Research Hospital. She earned her medical degree from Inonu University in 2014 and completed her residency in Otorhinolaryngology at Ege University in 2020. Dr. Hepkarşı has a vast clinical and academic background, having served as an Assistant Professor at Adiyaman University before her current tenure in Izmir.

She has been a Principal Investigator (PI) and Co-Investigator in numerous clinical trials, focusing on chronic rhinosinusitis, vestibular disorders, and endoscopic ear surgery. Her research interests primarily include otology, neurotology, and pediatric airway management. Dr. Hepkarşı is actively involved in longitudinal clinical research, emphasizing the optimization of surgical outcomes and patient recovery in pediatric and adult ENT pathologies.

Dr. Ceyda Üste is an otorhinolaryngologist and academician currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Otorhinolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery at İzmir Ekonomi University Medical Point Hospital, İzmir, Türkiye. With professional experience spanning general medical practice, residency training, compulsory service, and specialist clinical practice, she actively pursues academic work integrating clinical medicine, medical education, and evidence-based research.

Her clinical and academic interests include rhinology, head and neck surgery, olfaction and gustation disorders, pediatric otorhinolaryngology, and contemporary approaches to adenotonsillar surgery. She is actively involved in undergraduate and clinical medical education, contributing to the training of medical students and young physicians.
