Ceyda ÜSTE

<p>Dr. Ceyda Üste is an otorhinolaryngologist and academician currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Otorhinolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery at İzmir Ekonomi University Medical Point Hospital, İzmir, Türkiye. With professional experience spanning general medical practice, residency training, compulsory service, and specialist clinical practice, she actively pursues academic work integrating clinical medicine, medical education, and evidence-based research.</p> <p>Her clinical and academic interests include rhinology, head and neck surgery, olfaction and gustation disorders, pediatric otorhinolaryngology, and contemporary approaches to adenotonsillar surgery. She is actively involved in undergraduate and clinical medical education, contributing to the training of medical students and young physicians.</p> <p>Dr. Üste has participated in numerous national scientific meetings, professional courses, and academic collaborations within otorhinolaryngology and head and neck surgery. Her recent research activities focus on physician burnout across ENT subspecialties, smell and taste disorders, clinical outcome studies, and multidisciplinary research initiatives in otorhinolaryngology.</p> <p>Alongside her academic and clinical activities, she maintains a strong interest in professional advocacy, interdisciplinary collaboration, and the advancement of clinician-centered, data-driven healthcare and medical education.</p>
