Office -based procedures are more and more popular among laryngologists but the limits for this apprach remain frequently poorly defined what could put the patient and the result of the procedure at risk, mainly for the beginners
based on a PPT presentation and videoclips we will try to define the respective approaches for phonosurgery according to the lesion and the way to proceed
different procedures like injection laryngoplasties , blue laser and co2 laser will be presented as well the techniques for local and generall anesthesia
To define as much as possible the best approach according to the lesion, the patient and the local possibilities
