Surgical Treatment of Blepharoptosis

<p>In this course, in which I aim to present surgical techniques for blepharoptosis, I will first outline a general clinical approach to patients with upper eyelid ptosis, provide a detailed preoperative evaluation, and explain which surgical treatment I choose for which case. In the final section, I will share my high-quality operation videos demonstrating Müller muscle–conjunctival resection, levator muscle procedures, and frontalis suspension with a silicone sling.</p>
