<p>Dr. Gabriela Robaskewicz Pascoto is an otorhinolaryngologist with a Master’s degree in Surgical Sciences and extensive expertise in salivary gland disorders. With more than 12 years of experience in sialendoscopy and minimally invasive salivary gland surgery, she has played a pioneering role in advancing sialendoscopy in Latin America, including performing the first sialendoscopy in Panama.</p> <p>She is a frequent invited speaker at national and international congresses and an active member of the International Sialendoscopy Society (iSial) and the Multidisciplinary Salivary Gland Society (MSGS).</p>

<p>Dr. Ela Araz Server, MD is an Otolaryngologist–Head and Neck Surgeon based in Istanbul, Türkiye. She is affiliated with Üsküdar University and practices at Memorial Şişli Hospital. She graduated from Cumhuriyet University School of Medicine in 2003 and completed her residency training in Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery.</p> <p>Her clinical and academic special interests include rhinology, endoscopic sinus surgery, anterior skull base surgery, and salivary gland disorders. She has extensive experience in functional endoscopic sinus surgery, endoscopic anterior skull base procedures, and gland-preserving salivary gland surgery, particularly sialendoscopy.</p> <p>Dr. Server actively contributes to national and international scientific meetings as a faculty member and invited speaker. She is also a co-chair and organizer of the Sialendoscopy Istanbul international course, promoting international collaboration and postgraduate education in ENT.</p>

<p>Dr Hackman serves as a Distinguished Professor of Head and Neck Surgery at the University of North Carolina and Vice Chair of Inpatient Operations and Quality, as well as Chair of the Patient Care Section for the American Head and Neck Society, and member of the Executive Committee for the Salivary Gland Section of AHNS. He has over 15 years of experience with risk adaptive neoadjuvant therapy prior to surgery for mucosal head and neck cancer, and also pioneers the largest volume in-office sialendoscopy practice in the US.</p>
