This study introduces the Tri-Functional T-Graft technique designed to enhance tip projection, definition, and support simultaneously in rhinoplasty. The method integrates structural reinforcement with aesthetic refinement using a single composite graft configuration. Outcomes are evaluated based on tip stability, symmetry, and long-term maintenance of nasal contour.
Dr Habiba is certified by the Oman Medical Speciality Board, the Arab Board, and the European Board of Otorhinolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery.
She did her fellowship in facial plastic and reconstruction surgery with Professor Young Ju Jang in South Korea. She is currently a consultant in facial plastic surgery at Al Nahdah Hospital, Oman. She is a member of the European Academy of Facial Plastic Surgery, European Rhinoplasty Society, Pan Asia Academy of Facial Plastic Surgery( member of the board of directors nation chapters), Oman Otolaryngology Society(member of the board of directors treasurer ), and the Oman medical speciality board.

Dr. Amin Amali is a full Professor of Otorhinolaryngology at Tehran University of Medical Sciences. His primary focus is Facial Plastic Surgery, which he has practiced as an academic, guiding medical students, residents, and fellowships at Imam Khomeini Hospital Complex. He is program director of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery at Tehran University of Medical Sciences. Dr Amali has published over 75 articles, amassing approximately 1100 citations in his field of expertise, and serves as an editor for the Iranian Journal of Otorhinolaryngology.
