Importance Of SEG (Septal Extension Graft) In Asian Rhinoplasty
09-10, 16:30–16:45 (Europe/Istanbul), Facial Plastic 2 (ICC - B3 Floor - 3B/01)

This study emphasizes the critical role of the septal extension graft in achieving stable tip projection and definition in asian rhinoplasty. Due to the weaker cartilage framework and thicker skin envelope in asian noses, SEG provides essential structural support and long-term shape control. The research aims to assess its effectiveness in maintaining aesthetic balance and functional stability postoperatively.
