<p>Dr. Vishal Pawar is a distinguished neurologist with over 12 years of experience in diagnosing and managing a wide spectrum of neurological disorders, with a special interest in vestibular medicine and headache disorders. He currently practices at Unicare Medical Center in Dubai and is the founder of a dedicated Vertigo Clinic, where he has successfully treated over 4,000 patients with vestibular disorders since 2019. His expertise spans advanced vestibular diagnostics including videonystagmography, video head impulse testing, and posturography, along with comprehensive vestibular rehabilitation strategies.</p>
<p>Dr. Pawar holds dual Diplomate of National Board (DNB) qualifications in Internal Medicine and Neurology. He further honed his expertise through specialized training in vestibular medicine from the American Institute of Balance (USA) and Yenepoya University (India), and earned the European Board of Neurology Fellowship. He also holds the Specialty Certificate in Neurology from the Royal College of Physicians (UK).</p>
<p>As a clinician-researcher, Dr. Pawar has authored 38 publications in reputed journals, including work on anterior canal BPPV, vestibular migraine, and vascular brainstem compression syndromes. He actively contributed to the INTERACT2 trial, one of the most influential studies on acute intracerebral hemorrhage. His research and clinical work earned him accolades such as the Best Medical Researcher Award (2022), Aster Clinical and Academic Excellence Award (2023), and several recognitions for academic contributions.</p>
<p>Dr. Pawar is deeply committed to education and has delivered over 120 keynote lectures internationally, participated in numerous panel discussions, and conducted instructional courses in central vestibular disorders. He has presented his work at prestigious forums including the Barany Society Meeting, EROC, Dubai Otology, and World Congress of Neurology.</p>
<p>He is affiliated with the Dubai Health Authority, American Academy of Neurology, International Headache Society, and Indian Academy of Neurology. Beyond clinical work, Dr. Pawar is a practitioner of yoga and meditation and an enthusiast of cricket and tennis. His approach integrates holistic care with scientific rigor, reflecting his vision to establish a state-of-the-art vestibular care center in Dubai while contributing meaningfully to global neurotological research and education.</p>

<p>Dr. Gülin Gökçen Kesici graduated from Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine in 2005 and completed her residency in Otorhinolaryngology at Ankara University in 2012. She holds both a Master’s and Ph.D. degree in Audiology, completed in 2022. In 2020, she received the title of Associate Professor. Her clinical and academic interests include otology, neurotology, pediatric otolaryngology, and vestibular and auditory diagnostics. She currently works as a faculty member and department head at Ankara Medipol University.</p>
