Dr. Hitendra Prakash Singh is presently working as Professor in the department of Otorhinolaryngology & Head-Neck Surgery at King George’s Medical University, Lucknow, U.P. He completed his M.S.(ENT) from Institute of Medical Sciences, BHU, Varanasi. He has worked at S. N. Medical College, Agra, UP and V.C.S.G.G. Medical sciences and Research Institute, Srinagar, Uttarakhand in the past on faculty positions. To his credit, he has more than 55 research publications in reputed journals and book chapter. He has been awarded with FICS (Fellow of International College of Surgeons) and MAMS (Member of National Academy of Medical Sciences). He is member of various scientific bodies of field of otorhinolaryngology such as Association of Otolaryngologists of India, Indian Society of Otology, to name a few. He has been on the expert panel of Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS/ISI); Ear, Nose and Throat Surgery Instruments Sectional Committee for assessment and fixation of standards of various ENT instruments.  He has been invited as guest speaker and faculty to various inernational and national conferences and workshops.

Prof Vijayendra Honnurappa is the Director of Vijaya ENT Care Centre, Bangalore, India. He is an honorary visiting professor at BLDE University, Vijayapura ; KLE University, Belagavi, India ,and Otology faculty at University of Illinois, Chicago, USA. Prof Vijayendra is a past president of the Indian Society of Otology.

His hospital, Vijaya ENT Care centre is a major training site for the Ethio-American otology fellowship program . His annual live surgical otology conferences are attended by more than 1000 delegates every year from across the world. He is the author of two otology books “A colour atlas of temporal bone dissection” and “Otology demystified”

He specialises in otology surgeries including cholesteatoma, facial nerve surgeries, otosclerosis and tympanosclerosis surgeries

Cevat Uçar

Since December 2025, Dr. Cevat Uçar has been serving as an Associate Professor of Otorhinolaryngology at Istanbul Beykent University.

He completed his residency training in Otorhinolaryngology in 1992 at Gülhane Military Medical Academy in Ankara. He has worked at Istanbul Naval Hospital and Private Türkiye Hospital, with a particular focus on middle ear surgery.

Since 1998, he has successfully applied his self-developed technique, the “Composite Multi-fractured Osteoperiosteal Flap (Uçar Flap),” for canal wall reconstruction and mastoid obliteration, aiming to eliminate mastoid cavity problems observed after radical mastoidectomy procedures.

In addition to his scientific publications, he has participated as a speaker at numerous national and international congresses.
