<p>Cevat Uçar</p> <p>Since December 2025, Dr. Cevat Uçar has been serving as an Associate Professor of Otorhinolaryngology at Istanbul Beykent University.</p> <p>He completed his residency training in Otorhinolaryngology in 1992 at Gülhane Military Medical Academy in Ankara. He has worked at Istanbul Naval Hospital and Private Türkiye Hospital, with a particular focus on middle ear surgery.</p> <p>Since 1998, he has successfully applied his self-developed technique, the “Composite Multi-fractured Osteoperiosteal Flap (Uçar Flap),” for canal wall reconstruction and mastoid obliteration, aiming to eliminate mastoid cavity problems observed after radical mastoidectomy procedures.</p> <p>In addition to his scientific publications, he has participated as a speaker at numerous national and international congresses.</p>
