Description: This program bridges the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application in Otorhinolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery (ORL-HNS). It is designed to equip postgraduate trainees with the advanced skills and sustainable practices necessary for a successful surgical career, ensuring a smooth transition from academic settings to the high-stakes environment of the operating room.
Outcome Objectives: Upon completion, participants will be able to:
Apply advanced surgical techniques in complex ORL-HNS procedures.
Integrate principles of sustainable surgery into their practice.
Demonstrate enhanced clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills in the operating room.
