Professor Kamel is a professor of Rhinology at Cairo University, Egypt. His main interest is Endoscopic Sinonasal Surgery, Allergy and Sleep studies. He had his Fellowship at Johns Hopkins University, USA. He published more than 30 articles in the field of Endoscopic sinionasal surgery and a book titled Anatomy of the Lateral Nasal Wall, Ostiomeatal complex and Anterior Skull Base. He has made more than 425 presentations and participated in more than 135 FESS courses all over the world. He introduced four new sinonasal endoscopic instruments manufactured by Karl Storz Co. and distributed worldwide.
Professor Kamel is a reviewer for several Journals including the Laryngoscope, American Journal of Rhinology, Skull Base and The Annals of Otology, Rhinology & Laryngology. He is also the chief editor of the Pan Arab Journal of Rhinology [PAJR] and co-editor of the Egyptian Journal of otorhinolaryngology [JLO]. Professor Kamel is a member of many international societies including; International Rhinologic Society [IRS], American Academy of Otolaryngic Allerygy [AAOA], Collegium Oto-Rhino-Laryngologicum Amicitiae Sacrum [CORLAS], International Society of Infection and Allergy of the Nose [ISIAN] and European Rhinologic Society [ERS]. He has the privilage of serving as the founding president of the Pan Arab Rhinology Society [PARS] and Egyptian Rhinology Society [ERS].
Professor kamel is the X-President of the International Rhinologic Society [IRS], X-President of the International Society of Infection and Allergy of the Nose [ISIAN] and was the president of the IRS/ISIAN/PARS Conference in Dubai, November, 2014.
Professor kamel received many international rewards, the latest is The Arab Health Karl Storz Award for Excellence in Teaching [2006]. It was awarded to him because of his untiring contributions to the advancement of sinus endsocpy skills around the middle east. He received also many national rewards including; the Prize of the Academy of Scientific Research [1991], the National Prize of Encouraging Scientific Research [1992], the Egyptian National Reward in Advanced Scientific Research [2006]
Professor kamel has spent much of his time traveling around the region instructing physicians on this developing technique.

Prof. Dr. İbrahim Çukurova was born in İzmir in 1957. He is a senior physician and academician specializing in Otolaryngology (ENT) and Oral, Maxillofacial, and Facial Surgery.

Medical Education: Graduated from Ege University Faculty of Medicine in 1981.
Specialization: Completed his ENT specialization at İzmir Bozyaka Training and Research Hospital in 1985.
Specialty: Received his specialization in Oral, Maxillofacial, and Craniofacial Surgery in 2012.

Career Steps: Çukurova, who received the title of Associate Professor in 2012, continues his career as a Professor.
Administrative Positions: Served as the Training Coordinator at Tepecik Training and Research Hospital for many years; then became the Head of the ENT Department at İzmir Faculty of Medicine.

In addition to general ENT practices, he has specialized in head and neck surgery, sinus diseases, and facial surgery. He has numerous national and international publications. He is the author of the books "Endoscopic Dacryocystorhinostomy (EDSR):From Diagnosis to Treatment", "Step-by-Step Septoplasty" and "Diagnostic and Treatment Options in Turbinate Diseases". He has a good command of English.
Dr. Norasnieda Md Shukri is a distinguished academic and clinician in the field of Otorhinolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery (ORL-HNS). She obtained her Medical Degree from Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) in 2004 and completed her specialist training with a Master of ORL-HNS from the same institution in 2013. She currently serves as a lecturer and consultant at USM, where she has played a pivotal role in clinical education and surgical practice.
Her early career in general ORL-HNS provided broad exposure across subspecialties, laying the foundation for her focused pursuit in Rhinology, Allergy, and Skull Base Surgery. In 2017, she advanced her expertise through fellowship training at the Endoscopic Nasal and Sinus Surgery Center, Chulalongkorn University, Thailand.
Dr. Norasnieda is an active contributor to the academic community, with publications in peer-reviewed journals and frequent speaking and moderating roles at national and international scientific meetings. Her clinical interests include infective rhinology, endoscopic sinus surgery, and complex skull base pathology.
She currently holds the position of Honorary Secretary of the College of Otorhinolaryngologists, Malaysia, where she plays a pivotal role in the professional development and governance of the society. Her career reflects a deep commitment to excellence, collaboration, and innovation in ORL-HNS.
