He  born in Pietra Ligure on 18/01/1953, graduated in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Genoa in 1978; specialized in Otolaryngology and Facial Cervical Pathology at the University of Modena in 1981.

Director of Surgery Department of ASL 3 Genovese since 2021

He performed as the first operator over 10,000 surgeries in particular of high oncological surgery.

He has participated in numerous courses, symposiums and congresses both as a learner and as a lecturer and organized numerous courses and symposiums both regional and national.

He has published about  120 articles in Italian and foreign magazines.
