<p>He born in Pietra Ligure on 18/01/1953, graduated in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Genoa in 1978; specialized in Otolaryngology and Facial Cervical Pathology at the University of Modena in 1981.</p> <p>Chief of Otolaryngology of ASL 3 Genovese since June 1999</p> <p>Director of Surgery Department of ASL 3 Genovese since 2021</p> <p>He performed as the first operator over 10,000 surgeries in particular of high oncological surgery.</p> <p>He has participated in numerous courses, symposiums and congresses both as a learner and as a lecturer and organized numerous courses and symposiums both regional and national.</p> <p>He has published about 120 articles in Italian and foreign magazines.</p> <p>President of the Alta Italia Otolaryngology Group in 2002.</p> <p>President of the Ligurian Society of Otolaryngology and Facial Cervical Oncology in 2014 – 2017</p> <p>Vice President of the Italian Society of Pediatric Otolaryngology (S.I.O.P.) in 2009-2011</p> <p>General Secretary of the Italian Society of Otolaryngology and Facial Cervical Surgery (SIOeCHCF) in 2011 – 2017.</p> <p>President of the Italian Society of Rinology in 2016 - 2018</p>
