09-11, 15:40–15:50 (Europe/Istanbul), Facial Plastic 2

Otoplasty is a highly specialized procedure that requires a balance of technical precision and aesthetic judgment. Over the course of my career, I have performed over 600 otoplasty surgeries, refining a unique technique that ensures optimal patient outcomes with minimal complications. This presentation will detail my approach, highlighting key innovations, patient selection criteria, preoperative planning, surgical execution, and postoperative care. Attendees will gain insight into my method, including strategies for achieving natural-looking results and reducing recurrence rates. I will also discuss challenging cases and how my approach has evolved to address them effectively.

The purpose of this proposal is to present a refined and effective otoplasty technique developed over years of practice and applied to over 600 successful cases. By sharing my approach, I aim to educate fellow surgeons on best practices, improve patient outcomes, and contribute to the continuous advancement of ear reshaping surgery.
