Dr. Rinor Ajeti, MD is an otorhinolaryngologist based in Kosovo with clinical and research interests in rhinology and otology, including audiology. He is actively engaged in academic research and has authored and co-authored more than six peer-reviewed publications in international journals, focusing on inflammatory ENT disorders, hearing loss, and rare clinical entities. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Clinical Medicine.
Dr. Ajeti has received extensive training in facial plastic surgery, including advanced rhinoplasty fellowships in Turkey. He is an active speaker at international congresses and has presented on advanced otoplasty techniques, having performed over 600 procedures. His expertise encompasses modern rhinoplasty, facial aesthetics, and ear surgery, with a strong emphasis on innovative, patient-centered surgical outcomes.
In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Ajeti continues to contribute to the international medical literature and remains committed to continuous professional development through international courses and scientific meetings, further advancing his academic and surgical contributions to otorhinolaryngology.

Dr. Mehmet Murat Günay is an ENT specialist at Ankara Etlik City Hospital, with a focus on otologic and reconstructive ear surgery. He completed his residency at the University of Health Sciences, Dışkapı Yıldırım Beyazıt ENT Clinic. With over 10 years of clinical experience, he has published extensively in international journals and presented at numerous national and international congresses. He is also an instructor in cadaver dissection courses and holds certifications in sleep medicine and otology-neurotology. His current clinical research focuses on improving surgical outcomes in otoplasty and cochlear implantation.

Yukiko Iino is an emeritus and visiting professor of Jichi Medical University, and now working as a chief staff of the Dept. of Otolaryngology/Deafness and Middle Ear Surgicenter. Her work has focused on clinical and basic research on middle ear diseases. She published many articles including eosinophilic otitis media such as diagnostic criteria. She is also an ear surgery specialist and has operated on more than 7000 cases. Her interest is also in pediatric ORL. She served as the chairperson of the Japan Society for Pediatric ORL from 2015 to 2017. She contributed to creating and publishing the three Japanese guidelines for acute otitis media, otitis media with effusion, and ANCA-associated otitis media. In 2021, she was awarded the “Shining ENT female doctors’ award” of the Japan Society of ORL-HNS. Her favorite things are singing jazz standards and cooking.
