Dr. Alberto Maria Saibene is an Associate Professor of Otolaryngology at the Università degli Studi di Milano, Italy, and a otolaryngology consultant at the ASST Santi Paolo e Carlo Hospital in Milan. His clinical expertise spans the full spectrum of otolaryngology, with a particular focus on rhinology, head and neck oncology, and minimally invasive surgical techniques.

As an active researcher, Dr. Saibene has authored over 100 peer-reviewed articles, contributing significantly to the understanding and management of sinonasal diseases, odontogenic sinusitis, and AI applications in otolaryngology. His work explores the potential of artificial intelligence, particularly large language models, in clinical decision-making, medical education, and patient communication. He has led multiple international collaborations and participated in guideline development for various ENT conditions.

In addition to his academic and research contributions, Dr. Saibene plays a prominent role in the global otolaryngology community. As Chairman of the Rhinology Section of Young IFOS (International Federation of Otorhinolaryngological Societies), he fosters international collaboration among early-career ENT specialists, driving innovation and education in rhinologic diseases and surgical advancements.

Dr. Saibene is a frequent speaker at international conferences, a dedicated mentor to young physicians, and an advocate for the responsible integration of AI into medical practice.
