<p>Dr. Merve graduated from Adnan Menderes University, Faculty of Medicine, in 2019. In 2019, She started working as a research assistant at Samsun University, Faculty of Medicine, Depament of Otolaryngology. She graduated in 2025 after completing my education. The title of her graduation thesis was "The Role of BRAF V600E Mutation in the Prognosis of Laryngeal Cancer." She presented it at the 46th National ENT Congress and received an award for her presentation. In 2025, She successfully passed the Turkish Board of Otorhinolaryngology proficiency examinations held by the Turkish ENT and HNS Society and was awarded board certification.</p>
<p>Following her residency, She worked as an Otolaryngologist at Samsun Çarşamba State Hospital for seven months. Since November 2025, She has been working as an Otolaryngologist at Tekirdağ Çerkezköy State Hospital.</p>

<p>Op. Dr. İbrahim Emrehan Dereköy is an Otolaryngologist (Ear, Nose, and Throat Specialist) based in İzmir, Turkey. He holds a medical degree from Ege University Faculty of Medicine (2013–2020) and completed his specialization in Otolaryngology at T.C. Sağlık Bakanlığı İzmir Tepecik Training and Research Hospital (2020–2025). Dr. Dereköy began his professional career as a General Practitioner at Sancaktepe Training and Research Hospital from May to July 2020 under the State Service Obligation (DHY). He then advanced to serve as a Resident Physician at İzmir Tepecik Training and Research Hospital, KBB Clinic, from July 2020 to July 2025. Since September 2025, he has been practicing as a Consultant Otolaryngologist at the same institution, where he has one year remaining to fulfill his mandatory state service. His academic contributions are highlighted by his medical thesis accepted in June 2025 titled "Role of Eustachian Tube Dysfunction in Tympanic Membrane Perforation and Tympanoplasty in Chronic Otitis Media". Dr. Dereköy specializes in advanced clinical and surgical fields, particularly Otology—focusing on cochlear implantation, cholesteatoma surgery, endoscopic tympanoplasty, and explorative tympanotomy—and Rhinology, with expertise in Functional Endoscopic Sinus Surgery (FESS) for nasal polyps and chronic sinusitis. He is also actively involved in academic research, having presented oral presentations at prominent national conventions.</p>
