Every otolaryngologist should be familiar with pediatric tracheotomy and perform it when necessary. However, pediatric tracheotomy is a surgical intervention that requires attention and care and should be progressed with maximum control at certain stages.
With the pediatric tracheotomy video presentation, I would like to show and remind young otolaryngology residents and specialists the important points.
Between 1998-2004, I graduated from Gazi University Faculty of Medicine. Between 2005-2011, I completed my training in Otorhinolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery at Ankara Numune Training and Research Hospital. Between 2011-2013, I worked at Konya Meram Training and Research Hospital. I worked as a specialist doctor at Ankara Dışkapı Training and Research Hospital between 2013-2021 and as chief assistant between 2021-2023. I worked as a clinical chief at Ankara Dışkapı Training and Research Hospital between February-August 2023. 2023 August- I am currently working as chief assistant at Ankara Etlik City Hospital.
