Sumeyra Doluoglu
Dr. Sümeyra Doluoğlu is an Associate Professor of Otorhinolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery and currently serves as Chief Assistant at Ankara Etlik City Hospital, Türkiye. She graduated from Gazi University Faculty of Medicine in 2004 and completed her residency training at Ankara Numune Training and Research Hospital in 2011. She subsequently worked at Konya Training and Research Hospital and Ankara Dışkapı Training and Research Hospital before joining Ankara Etlik City Hospital in 2023. Her clinical and academic interests include pediatric otolaryngology, airway surgery, laryngology, head and neck oncology, and sleep-disordered breathing. She is actively involved in clinical research, resident education, scientific publishing, and peer review for international medical journals.
Sessions
Every otolaryngologist should be familiar with pediatric tracheotomy and perform it when necessary. However, pediatric tracheotomy is a surgical intervention that requires attention and care and should be progressed with maximum control at certain stages.
