I graduated with honors from Cerrahpaşa Medical Faculty, Istanbul, in 2017, ranking seventh in my entire school. I completed my otolaryngology residency at Okmeydanı Training and Research Hospital, Istanbul, in 2025, and I am currently fulfilling my compulsory service at Çerkezköy State Hospital, Tekirdağ. Although my primary interests lie in rhinology and skull base surgery, I gained substantial experience in head and neck oncologic surgery during my residency.

Driven by a deep curiosity for innovation, I have actively pursued advanced training in regenerative medicine, completing the Stem Cell and Regenerative Medicine Certificate Course and the Stem Cell Application Program at Marmara University. My research focuses on the application of stem cells and exosomes in sensorineural hearing loss. Supported by TÜSEB ARGE B-Group project funding, I collaborate with Marmara University’s Marsstem Academy to advance translational studies in this promising field.

Throughout my academic journey, I have held leadership roles in scientific research clubs and served as an academic coordinator, fostering scientific inquiry among my peers. I have presented my work at numerous national and international conferences, contributing to over 20 SCI-indexed publications. My proficiency in SPSS enables me to independently design and analyze research projects, highlighting my comprehensive skills in both clinical practice and scientific investigation.

I am also an active member of the Young Confederation of European ORL-HNS (Reference ID: 688), where I engage with a network of forward-thinking ENT professionals committed to advancing research, collaboration, and innovation across Europe.

My visionary approach integrates cutting-edge regenerative technologies with otolaryngology, aiming to redefine therapeutic paradigms and improve patient outcomes. My commitment to innovation, translational research, and education positions me as a promising leader among the next generation of ENT specialists.

I was born in 1991 in Istanbul and completed my medical education at Istanbul University-Cerrahpaşa, Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine, English Program, graduating in 2015. After my internship, I began my residency in otorhinolaryngology at the same faculty, which I completed in 2021. My specialization thesis focused on the tumor immune microenvironment and the expression of regulatory T-cell markers (TIM-3 and LAG-3) in laryngeal cancer.

I served as an ENT specialist in Amasya and Tekirdağ, as well as at Marmara University Pendik Training and Research Hospital. I currently work as an Assistant Professor at Istanbul University - Cerrahpaşa, Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine, Department of Otorhinolaryngology. I hold both the Turkish Board of Otorhinolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery certification (2021) and the European Board of Otorhinolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery certification (2022).

I have contributed to the scientific literature with publications in respected SCI/SCIE-indexed journals. These include original research articles on cochlear implantation, carotid paraganglioma, PFAPA syndrome, olfactory function in COVID-19 patients, and head and neck cancer management during the COVID-19 era, as well as studies derived from my specialty thesis. Beyond publications, I actively serve as a peer reviewer for several international journals. I have presented my work at national and international congresses and contributed as a chapter author to various Turkish otorhinolaryngology textbooks, covering topics from intraoperative cranial nerve monitoring to thyroid and parathyroid diseases.

Through diverse clinical, academic, and research activities, I am committed to advancing the field of otorhinolaryngology, with particular interests in oncologic head and neck surgery, surgical education, and innovation.

Ana Penezic, MD, PhD is a Croatian otorhinolaryngologist and phoniatrician. She works at the University Hospital Center Sestre milosrdnice in Zagreb and serves as an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Medicine of the Croatian Catholic University, where she teaches otorhinolaryngology and head and neck surgery.

Dr. Penezić completed her medical degree and doctoral studies at the University of Zagreb School of Medicine. She is a Fellow of the European Board of Otorhinolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery (FEBORL-HNS) and an examiner for the European ORL board examination. Her clinical and research interests include rhinology, laryngology, and voice disorders.

She has authored and co-authored more than 20 scientific publications and actively participated in more than 30 congess meetings. She is actively involved in international research projects, professional societies, and scientific meetings in the field of otorhinolaryngology.

I graduated from the Istanbul Faculty of Medicine in 2016. I received my specialization from Istanbul Haydarpasa Numune Research and Training Hospital in 2022. I am currently working as an Assistant Professor at İzmir Katip Çelebi University.

Born in Karaman, Türkiye, in 1991, Dr. [Name] completed his primary and secondary education in Karaman before graduating from Afyon Science High School. He received his medical degree from Ege University Faculty of Medicine. Between 2017 and 2022, he completed his residency training in Otorhinolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery at Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University Faculty of Medicine. Following his residency, he worked as an Otorhinolaryngology specialist at various institutions, gaining extensive clinical experience. Since March 2025, he has been working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Otorhinolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery at Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University Faculty of Medicine. His academic and clinical interests focus on advancing patient care and contributing to research and education in the field of otorhinolaryngology.
