Graduated in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Navarra in 1980, Doctor of
Medicine and Surgery from the University of Navarra and Specialty in Otorhinolaryngology in
the Department of Otorhinolaryngology of the University Clinic of Navarra, 1982-1985. Doctor

Clinical Consultant of the Department of Otorhinolaryngology of the University Clinic of
Navarra since 1992 and Director of the Cochlear Implants program of the University of
Navarra since 1989.
Director of the Department of Otorhinolaryngology of the University Clinic of Navarra since
June 2015.
He is Professor of Otorhinolaryngology at the Faculty of Medicine of the University of
Navarra.
The research activity has been carried out in the general area of Otology-Otoneurology, and he
is Coordinator of the Bioengineering Center of the University of Navarra.
He has more than 100 articles published in national and international journals, 60 book
chapters, monographs and 9 books.
He has participated in more than 900 conferences, round tables, national and international
instruction courses.
He is a member of different scientific societies and editorial boards and has received numerous
awards.

Professor and Senior Consultant at the Department of Otorhinolaryngology, Head & Neck Surgery (ORL-HNS), Faculty of Medicine, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM). Dr. Goh is also the Head of Paediatric ORL-HNS Unit at the UKM Specialist Children's Hospital (HPKK). She is an active member with leadership roles in several multidisciplinary teams managing children with hearing loss and airway pathologies, as Head of UKM Cochlear Implant, UKM Cleft Palate and Vascular Anomalies team. Her research and publications in ENT and are extensive, besides providing expert consultative services to fellow professionals and the community at large. DR. Goh is an internationally recognized speaker in the field of cochlear implant and paediatric airway and supervisor for paediatric ORL subspecialty training in Malaysia. She is the Past President of Malaysian Society of Otorhinolaryngologists Head & Neck Surgeon for 2016/2017 and currently as President Elect of the College of Otorhinolaryngologist, Head and Neck Surgeons, Academy of Medicine Malaysia. She is board member of Asia Pacific Paediatric ORL Society, Cochlear Implant Global Access Network Steering Committee and Asean Academy of Neurotology and Audiology (AANOA).
