Doctor</p> <p>Honoris Causa. Issued by the University of San Pablo de Tucumán, Argentina, March, 2014</p> <p>Clinical Consultant of the Department of Otorhinolaryngology of the University Clinic of</p> <p>Navarra since 1992 and Director of the Cochlear Implants program of the University of</p> <p>Navarra since 1989.</p> <p>Director of the Department of Otorhinolaryngology of the University Clinic of Navarra since</p> <p>June 2015.</p> <p>He is Professor of Otorhinolaryngology at the Faculty of Medicine of the University of</p> <p>Navarra.</p> <p>The research activity has been carried out in the general area of Otology-Otoneurology, and he</p> <p>is Coordinator of the Bioengineering Center of the University of Navarra.</p> <p>He has more than 100 articles published in national and international journals, 60 book</p> <p>chapters, monographs and 9 books.</p> <p>He has participated in more than 900 conferences, round tables, national and international</p> <p>instruction courses.</p> <p>He is a member of different scientific societies and editorial boards and has received numerous</p> <p>awards.</p>
