<p>Prof. Dr. Benedikt Hofauer is the head of the University Hospital for Otorhinolaryngology at the Medical University of Innsbruck in Austria. Before starting this position in 2023 he worked as a consultant at the Department of Otorhinolaryngology at the Technical University of Munich and the University Hospital of Freiburg. He has a strong scientific focus on salivary gland disorders, ultrasound, head and neck oncology and sleep medicine and a strong clinical focus on head and neck surgery and reconstruction.</p>
